The venture into Cider Brandy has been extremely exciting for us. We increased production with a clear end product in mind. The outcome has also been a commercial success. What more could you ask for?
The end creation is a clear, smooth, mellow full-bodied Cider Brandy. Our Staffordshire apples are pressed and fermented, and then transported to an independent still for distillation. This triple distilled alcohol is then matured in oak casks, to create this mouth-watering 40%abv brandy. With tastes of apples, vanilla and spices, this tipple is to be enjoyed slowly.
